How We Work Together
Root-Cause integrative health coaching for children with special needs and their families
A comprehensive intake that looks at the whole child - developmental history, gut and digestive health, sleep, nutrition, sensory patterns, behavior, and movement. We’ll start mapping out what might be connected and identify the most promising areas to explore further, including whether functional lab testing could provide useful answers. This is a 60-90 min virtual appointment.
Best for: Families who feel like they have tried “everything” but have not found the why.

Integrative Health Coaching Package
Root-cause support for your child- no lab work required to get started
This is where most families begin. Using my 21+ years of pediatric experience and my training as a certified Integrative Health Practitioner. I work with you to identify the root causes behind your child’s behavioral, sensory, developmental, and gut health challenges - and build a personalized, natural strategy to address them.

Functional Medicine Lab Testing & Review

Sometimes the picture becomes much clearer with data. These functional lab tests can be added individually to your coaching package at any point in our work together. Each lab includes a full review session with me so we can interpret the results and adjust your child’s protocol with precision.
Labs are ordered and reviewed through the lens of your child’s full health picture — never in isolation. We discuss which tests make the most sense for your family during our sessions.
AVAILABLE LABS (EACH PRICED INDIVIDUALLY):
◦ Minerals & Metals Lab — assess heavy metal burden and key mineral levels
◦ Candida, Metabolic & Vitamins Lab (OAT) — organic acids test revealing metabolic function, neurotransmitter status, nutrient status, yeast & gut bacteria hat may be affecting behavior & gut health

I would say, make the investment! I was worried too and waited longer than I should have. My only regret is that I didn’t make the appointment sooner. Once I finally did, I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t nearly as expensive as I had expected. It was very doable, and absolutely worth it!
