Work With Me
Pediatric-informed integrative health coaching for autistic + neurodivergent kids and the overwhelmed parents who love them.
If your child is dealing with some version of the sleep–gut–meltdown loop—bedtime battles, “wired at 2am” wakeups, anxiety loops, sensory overload, and explosive dysregulation—and you’re tired of piecing together advice on your own, you’re in the right place.
At Total Vitality, we don’t chase one symptom at a time. We connect the dots between your child’s gut, sleep, nervous system regulation, behavior, and sensory needs—then build a plan your family can actually follow.
What my work is:
Pediatric-informed: grounded in child development and nervous system awareness
Integrative: gut + brain + environment + routines + co-regulation, together
Neurodiversity-affirming: honoring your child’s wiring—not trying to “fix” who they are
Family-friendly: realistic steps for real life (not a perfect-world checklist)
Most families start with a free 20‑minute Clarity Call.
My Calm & Clarity Approach
Step 1: Clarity Call
A free 20‑minute call to help you stop guessing and get a clear next step.
In this call, we will:
Review your top concerns (sleep, gut signals, anxiety loops, meltdowns, sensory triggers)
Map patterns across the sleep–gut–nervous system triangle
Identify what to focus on first (so you’re not trying to fix everything at once)
Choose 1–3 realistic next steps to start right away
Decide whether the 4‑month Calm & Clarity Gut–Brain Method is the right fit
Important note: This is not a deep intake or a lab review appointment. It’s a clarity + fit call designed to point you in the right direction.
Step 2: Calm & Clarity Gut-Brain Coaching
A 4‑month, high-support coaching program for families who want a plan—and want help implementing it with steady guidance and adjustments.
This is where we go from insight to implementation.

A clear plan outlining what to prioritize first across:

Handouts, trackers, and simple routines tailored to your child and your home.15% off Supplements & Additional Labs
Targeted testing (optional):
Includes 1 advanced lab (if testing is appropriate and would change the plan).
Some families choose to explore categories of testing like organic acids or mineral insights—but testing is never the first step and never required.
How we’ll use the Method (5 Steps):
Pattern-Finding Intake— your child’s story + what’s been tried + what keeps repeating
Gut–Brain Insights (Targeted Testing when Needed) — clarify drivers; testing is optional and only used if it changes the plan
Nourish the Gut (Without Food Battles) — realistic food + habit support that fits your home
Regulatation Routines that Stick— sensory supports + transition tools + nervous system strategies for more predictable days
Ongoing Adjustments & Support — we refine based on what your child responds to (so you’re not guessing)
Investment:
$3,000 paid in full, or
$800/month for 4 months ($3,200 total)
Both options include the 1 advanced lab credit.
Program policy (important):
Payments are non-refundable because time and support are reserved for you.
Support and session scheduling continue as long as payments are current.
Sessions can be rescheduled within the same month when conflicts come up (with notice).
Ongoing Support (for Current or Past Clients)
After your initial 4 months, you may want occasional check-ins as your child grows and your needs shift.
Options may include:
Ongoing packages of 4 months at a time with 1 monthly call
Every 6 month check-ins
Short check-in packages (2–3 sessions) during transitions (new school year, therapy changes, big routine shifts)
Ongoing support is available to current or past clients only, so we’re building on work we’ve already done together.
FAQ: Is This Right For Our Family?
Q: Do we need a formal diagnosis to work with you?
A: No. If your child’s brain seems to work differently and you’re seeing sleep, gut, sensory, anxiety, or behavior challenges, you’re welcome here—diagnosis or not.
Q: Do you only work with families in Austin, TX?
A: I’m based near Austin, Texas and see families online, so you can work with me from anywhere.
Q: Are you a doctor or therapist?
A: I’m an integrative health practitioner, not a physician or therapist. I don’t diagnose, treat, or cure conditions; I support families by helping them understand patterns, identify realistic next steps, and coordinate with your existing medical/therapy team when needed.

Ready to see what’s possible for your child?
If you’re tired of guessing, overwhelmed by conflicting advice, and ready for a clearer way to support your neurodivergent child’s gut, sleep, and behavior, the best place to start is a Clarity Call.
We’ll explore what’s going on, connect the dots, and map out your next steps—so you don’t have to do this alone.
I would say, make the investment! I was worried too and waited longer than I should have. My only regret is that I didn’t make the appointment sooner. Once I finally did, I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t nearly as expensive as I had expected. It was very doable, and absolutely worth it!
