From Struggle to Search
Although I have been in the health field for over 20 years as a physical therapist, I struggled with brain fog, gut issues, and was unable to lose weight no matter how much I worked out and ate well. I thought this was simply due to my age for a long time. I also kept seeing more and more of my friends being diagnosed with autoimmune diseases. Then I realized there had to be a better way. I dug deep into integrative health.
Discovering a Better Way
Going through this season gave me a deep respect for holistic healing and a deep respect for approaches that go beyond conventional care. I can see how these practices can also be combined with medical expertise to support the whole person- mind, body, and spirit.
I was able to address my own health challenges, including cholesterol, heart palpitations, and gut health. Through integrative health, I found answers (without medicine) that conventional medicine often overlooked.
By focusing on root causes of imbalance, I experienced a complete transformation in my health and energy. This inspired me to become a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP).
Turning Healing Into a Mission
That is why I am so passionate about helping women restore their vitality and achieve true healing by using science-backed integrative health, at-home lab testing, tailored wellness protocols, nutrition and lifestyle strategies, and ongoing accountability to ensure lasting change.
Whether you want to balance hormones, improve digestion, increase energy, or overcome autoimmune struggles my mission is to use what I have been given to guide you with compassion and proven tools.
Outside of work and focusing on health, I enjoy spending time with my husband, four kids, and two dogs. We enjoy being in nature, serving at our local church, playing board games, and are frequently found cheering for our sons’ teams at the baseball fields.
